1. Who is responsible

2. Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you open a page, the server technically processes data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel may process data in the USA; transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Vercel Web Analytics (no cookies)

I use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and clicks (for example CV downloads). It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors; data is aggregated (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, interest in improving the site).

4. Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent)

If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is loaded. It sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and processes usage data such as pages visited, time on page, device, browser and approximate location; IP addresses are not stored in GA4. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Advertising features and Google signals are not used. Data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics (2 months).

You can withdraw your consent at any time under Cookie settings (also in the footer). Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.

5. Contact form and email

If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent via Web3Forms (a form delivery service) to my email inbox so I can reply (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). If you email me directly, I process the data you send for the same purpose. I delete messages when they are no longer needed, unless legal retention periods apply.

The early access form on the Kluki pages works the same way: your first name, email address, phone type, Google Play email (Android only), your child's grade range, preferred language, school region and message are sent via Web3Forms to my inbox. I use them only to send you the invitation, to add you to the early access list (for Android: Google Play's test) and to unlock tester Premium in the Kluki app for your email address (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent). I delete the data when the early access period ends or earlier on request.

6. Embedded content

The music section can embed the Spotify player (Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden). It is only loaded after you click "Play on Spotify"; Spotify then receives your IP address and may set cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). YouTube videos are only loaded after you click play, using youtube-nocookie.com (Google Ireland Limited). Links to Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Upwork and other platforms are plain links; data is only sent to them when you click.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can also complain to a supervisory authority, for example the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit. To exercise your rights, email ben@alpercengiz.com.
